KaspaTech ZM partners with Patreon as our primary payment gateway for all subscription services and digital products. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures in accordance with both KaspaTech ZM and Patreon's terms of service.
Important Payment Information
Payment Processing: All payments for KaspaTech ZM services are processed through Patreon's secure payment system. This includes monthly subscriptions, one-time purchases, and premium features.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Patreon. You can manage your subscription and billing preferences directly through your Patreon account.
Digital Services & Refund Eligibility
KaspaTech ZM provides digital financial management services, software access, and online tools. Due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policies apply:
- Subscription Services: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Patreon account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- One-Time Purchases: Digital products and premium features are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from using our services, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@kaspatech.com with your refund request, including your account details and reason for the refund.
- Provide Information: Include your Patreon username, transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
- Review Process: We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision.
- Patreon Processing: Approved refunds will be processed through Patreon's refund system, which may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Circumstances Eligible for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Service outages lasting more than 24 hours that prevent access to your account
- Unauthorized charges on your account
- Billing errors on our part
- Subscription cancellation within 48 hours of initial signup (first-time users only)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services used for more than 48 hours
- Custom configurations or setup services
- Training or consultation sessions that have been completed
- Data exports or backup services
- Third-party integrations or add-ons
Patreon's Role in Refunds
Since all payments are processed through Patreon, refunds are subject to Patreon's refund policy and processing times. KaspaTech ZM will coordinate with Patreon to ensure timely processing of approved refunds.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your KaspaTech ZM subscription at any time through your Patreon account:
- Log into your Patreon account
- Go to your memberships page
- Find your KaspaTech ZM membership
- Click "Edit" and then "Cancel membership"
- Confirm your cancellation
Your access to KaspaTech ZM services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
